Our process to your Dynamic Environment!
- Initial Meeting. Meet with John either at your home or our office to discuss your project. At this meeting a project scope with a list of goals and objectives will be developed, and a preliminary construction budget will be discussed. John will also discuss the design fees required for your project.
- Concept Development. Upon securing the design fee, John will obtain site measurements and prepare conceptual designs.
- Conceptual Design Review. At this stage, you will review and select the appropriate conceptual design, describe required revisions, and we will discuss material options and preliminary costs.
- Final Design Document review. At this stage, final auto cad design drawings are reviewed, material choices are made and detailed costs are presented.
- Design Implementation. After contracts are completed and signed, construction documents are developed and municipal permits are obtained. When permits are issued by the appropriate regulatory agencies, a construction schedule will be assembled and construction will begin.
