Dynamic Environments (and owner John Hackett) just completed a total renovation of our zero-edge pool, including the pool and outdoor living decking and a lower deck. Their scope also required the correction of multiple hidden defects in the original 2009 construction by the largest pool builder in San Antonio. Throughout the process, John provided clear explanations on everything he did. When there were decisions that would result in additional cost, he was fully transparent. We have been doing business with Dynamic Environments, John Hackett, since 2012 when we started building our home. They were the subcontractor to our builder for Pool & Landscape. We will never forget how John sat on our back slab and drew the pool free style on a piece of paper. The finished product was identical. They did a beautiful job on both projects. Over the past 13 years they have always been there when we needed them or just to answer a question. They deliver landscape and pool products when needed. They built our firepit area in 2015 and other projects as well. During the freeze of February 2021 when we lost all our equipment, they replaced 100% within a week.
